After October 20, those not contacted for renewal will be put into a general pool open to other students. The info will be divided and distributed the week of October 23 to any students interested. Stay tuned for more info!

Also, volunteer spots for the Veteran’s Day install (Saturday, November 11) will be available this week in Charms. We need 20 drivers and 40 students. Please sign up!

PLEDGES

Please continue to make your pledge donations. This is our most expensive and busiest time of the year. We need and appreciate your donations to help make the band fiscally responsible.

FUNDRAISERS

Car Wash Cards – We still have about 10 people who need to turn in their $ or remaining cards.  We need to settle this fundraiser – so please turn in your stuff to the black box in the band room ASAP.  Please be sure to have YOUR NAME on the envelope when turning it in, so we know who it is from.

Butter Braids – It is time for Butter Braid Sales.  Order Forms will be available to pick up this week in the window of Mr. Harris’ office.  All order forms and money are DUE BACK no later than Friday, October 27th.  For this sale, you MUST be prompt in turning everything in by this date in order for us to get the Butter Braids ordered and delivered on time.  If you are late – you may not get them!  Butter Braids will be delivered to us on Monday, November 13th!

SENIOR NIGHT

A “Haunted” Senior Dinner – for Seniors and their parents only!

Need non-senior parents to please volunteer on Charms to assist with decorating, serving food and cleaning up for the event from 3:00p to approximately 6:30p.
