AMERICAN FLAG UPDATE

We have over 200 flag subscriptions expired or expiring on Veteran’s Day. It’s time to secure renewals. Students who originally signed them up have been emailed contact info and have until October 20 to obtain the renewal.

After October 20, those not contacted for renewal will be put into a general pool open to other students. The info will be divided and distributed the week of October 23 to any students interested. Stay tuned for more info!

Also, volunteer spots for the Veteran’s Day install (Saturday, November 11) will be available this week in Charms. We need 20 drivers and 40 students. Please sign up!

Questions? Email summitusflag@gmail.com.

BUTTER BRAIDS

Sale starts today with details and order forms available starting today. Sales go towards your annual pledge and go through October 27. Butter Braids will be delivered November 13.

PLEDGES

We are $73,000 behind on pledge commitment payments and we ONLY have 2 weeks left in the marching season. That’s $73,000 less than what it costs to put this band on the field! Please continue to make your pledge donations as this is our most expensive and busiest time of the year. We need and appreciate your donations to help make the band fiscally responsible.
