Good morning band families!
I hope this email finds you well. As most of you are aware, the winter guard competition that we host is coming up this Saturday. We are still in need of adult volunteers and in need of lots of donations for the hospitality rooms. If you haven’t signed up yet, please try and sign up for a shift. This event has the potential to be our biggest fundraiser of the year. But only if we can run it…and it takes people to run it. The band NEEDS better participation from parents and students in these endeavors or we simply will have to start cutting back on the things we do as a band. PLEASE HELP…..I’m not too proud to beg! its not too late to sign up or help out in some way….there is a short meeting tonight at 6:30….hope to see you there.
