PARENT MEETING

We will NOT be having our regularly scheduled parent meeting on Tuesday, May 15, instead we will have a MANDATORY parent meeting for all marching band parents on Saturday, May 12 at 11a in the library. At this meeting you will get more detailed information about the marching band season and will need to fill out some necessary paperwork.

NEW FLAG ORDER FORM

You can find a new flag subscription order form at https://summitspartanband.org/usflags/

Renewal checks need to be submitted with a form so we can credit the correct student.

**New subscriptions must be in the Summit school zone.**

MEMORIAL DAY INSTALLATION – MAY 28

Drivers and students sign up in Charms by May 21st so we can plan routes.  We only have 5 drivers and 6 students currently signed up to install almost 400 flags.

SENIORS OR THOSE NO LONGER CONTINUING IN BAND

Please email summitUSflag@gmail.com by May 1st if you would like to pass your flag subscription down to another student.  Include the current student name and the name of the new student receiving responsibility for the subscription.  The new student must be willing to follow up on renewals.

FLAG BLITZ – JUNE 2

We are looking for drivers and students to go out into the neighborhoods to sell subscriptions from 9am – Noon. Sign up in Charms!  We will meet in the band room and have routes planned for the drivers.  This is a great opportunity for students to sell subscriptions to be credited to their individual accounts.
