COMPETITIVE MARCHING BAND AUDITIONS

Color Guard, Percussion & Wind Instruments: 5/12, 8a to noon

$150 of the Marching Band Fund is due May 12 for all students (guard, percussion, and winds). This can also be turned in at the parent meeting.

If you have fulfilled your 2017/2018 pledge and have a surplus remaining, you can apply those monies towards 2018/2019. You will need to log into your CHARMS account to check your balance, as we do not keep track of individual accounts.

If you plan to apply surplus monies towards 2018/2019, please print a statement from your CHARMS account and bring it with you to the meeting, as we do not keep track of individual accounts.

PARENT MEETING: Saturday, May 12, 11a in Library

MANDATORY parent meeting for all marching band parents (guard, percussion, and winds). At this meeting you will get more detailed information about the upcoming season and fill out some necessary paperwork.

To save some time at tomorrow’s meeting, I have attached the MANDATORY Medical form to this email, so you can bring it to the meeting completed.
