Band Parent Workshops

Parents…are you struggling with accessing Charms or navigating the site? Having trouble understanding how to Volunteer for things through Charms? Can’t figure out ordering things on the Charms online store? Would you like to earn money back towards your band fees by shopping online? If so, you might want to plan to attend one or both NEW workshops we are hosting just for parents.

Rookie Camp June 5, 2023 at 8:00 am – 12:00 pm 2830 Twin Lakes Dr, Spring Hill, TN 37174, USA Rookie Camp is mandatory for all new marching students and rising freshman. Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors are encouraged to attend. 8am - 12pm Contact Mr Harris with any schedule conflicts - erickh@wcs.edu
Color Guard Camp June 5, 2023 at 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm 2830 Twin Lakes Dr, Spring Hill, TN 37174, USA Color Guard Camp is mandatory for all Color Guard members. Each day is 12-9 Bring your own dinner Contact Mr Harris with any schedule conflicts – erickh@wcs.edu

2023 Section Parents (only) Meeting [REMINDER] June 5, 2023 at 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm Please meet in the School Library at 6:30pm. We will review and discuss all things related to Section Parent duties and responsibilities for the season.
