Parents,

Sorry for any confusion or miscommunication in the previous email, hopefully this update will clarify any confusion.

THIS WEEK’S SCHEDULE

MONDAY – No change from previous email.

TUESDAYFreshmen will be excused from playing for Convocation/Orientation (same thing) since they will be participating and the other band students will need to be picked up at noon.

WEDNESDAYThe new time for students to arrive for pictures is noon, pictures will be at 12:30p and students will probably be over around 1p.

THURSDAY – No change from previous email.

FRIDAYStudents are able to leave after they play for Spartan Fest which will be around 5p.

SATURDAY NO mini-camp this week, Saturday mini-camps will begin August 18

VOLUNTEER POSITIONS

Volunteers ONLY need to be Tier 3 for Chaperones. All other positions do not require Tier 3.
