Parents,
Sorry for any confusion or miscommunication in the previous email, hopefully this update will clarify any confusion.
THIS WEEK’S SCHEDULE
MONDAY – No change from previous email.
TUESDAY – Freshmen will be excused from playing for Convocation/Orientation (same thing) since they will be participating and the other band students will need to be picked up at noon.
WEDNESDAY – The new time for students to arrive for pictures is noon, pictures will be at 12:30p and students will probably be over around 1p.
THURSDAY – No change from previous email.
FRIDAY – Students are able to leave after they play for Spartan Fest which will be around 5p.
SATURDAY – NO mini-camp this week, Saturday mini-camps will begin August 18
VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
Volunteers ONLY need to be Tier 3 for Chaperones. All other positions do not require Tier 3.
