Good morning Spartan Families!!!!! There is A LOT of information in this email regarding COC practice. Please read all information.

Monday: Sectionals 3-5

Tuesday: Full Band Practice 3-6

Thursday: All students must stay after school.

3:30 - load trucks
3:30-4:30 - home work
4:40 Dinner - provided by the Band
5:30 - Depart for MTSU
6:30: Arrive at MTSU, unload, stretch, and warm up
7:30-9:30: rehearse inside the stadium
9:30: load the trucks
10:00: depart for home
11:00:  Arrive home and immediately dismiss ( leave trucks loaded)

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS AND CHAPERONES FOR ALL AREAS – PLEASE SIGN UP IN CHARMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friday: Full band practice 3:00=-6:00pm; load the trucks for Saturday

Saturday:

7:00 am: Arrive at school and do a visual run through
8:20 am: Depart for MTSU
9:30 am: arrive, unload, stretch, and prepare for warm-up
11:00 am: Warm up
11:40 am: Prelims performance
12:00: meet at trucks, put equipment away, change out of uniforms, eat lunch (LUNCH IS PROVIDED BY THE BAND)/  After lunch, the band will return to the stadium to watch the rest of the prelims
 5:10 pm: MTSU performance
 5:30 pm: Prelim Awards
 5:50 pm: Announcement of Finalist Bands
 6:00 pm: Meet at trucks.  If we do not make finals, we will load trucks and come home.  If we do make finals, we will let everyone know the schedule for the evening.
 7:00 pm: Finals begin
