Parents, The band performed great yet again in the rain on Saturday at the Contest of Champions to put a close to our marching season. With playoff football games and concerts a plenty, we have several announcements for this week, so please read all this email.
THIS WEEK’S SCHEDULE
TUESDAY: Symphonic Band Rehearsal – 3p-5p
FRIDAY: AWAY Playoff Football game (schedule TBA as soon as team is confirmed)
PLAYOFF FOOTBALL GAME – Friday, November 2, 7p Opponent, location, and time will be announced later this week. The Pep Band will be performing in the stands. Students are to wear their uniform shirts and jeans.
PLAYOFF FOOTBALL GAME MEAL Playoff game meals we not included in the food fund. We are offering Firehouse Subs, chips, and a drink for $5. This meal can be purchased on CHARMS for $5/ea. Students can bring money on Friday if preferred.
VETERAN’S DAY EXTRAVAGANZA – Monday, November 12, 7p It will be a collaborate event with the entire Fine Arts Department. Please invite your neighbors, especially if they are veterans, and come enjoy this community-wide event.
VETERAN’S DAY FLAG INSTALLATION – Sunday, November 11 We need 7 drivers and 30 students to volunteer in CHARMS for our Veteran Flag Installation. If your student sold flags this year, your family is required to participate in at least two flag installations. Please sign up in CHARMS.
80’S PROM NIGHT – Saturday, November 10 This is our next big fundraiser!! Tickets are $15 per person and can be purchased on EVENTBRITE. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/forever-young-80s-prom-tickets-
