The Summit High School Marching Spartans is an audition only ensemble participating in performances at all football games (home and away), local and national competitions and parades.  The Spartans Marching Band is comprised of 135 students (grades 8-12), the band director, assistant director and a crew of specialized instructors.  Participation in the marching band teaches students discipline, work ethic, athletics, camaraderie, respect and helps to build tomorrow’s leaders.
